Legislative Delegation to meet in December

Senator-Elect Andy Gardiner, Chairman of the Orange County Legislative Delegation, has announced the following date and information concerning the Delegation's Local Bill/Public Hearing:

Monday, December 15, 2008
3:00pm - Orange County Commission Chambers
201 South Rosalind Ave. Orlando

The agenda for the meeting will include the election of new Delegation officers, local bill presentations, and remarks from members of the public.

Persons wishing to address the Delegation or present local legislation must contact the Delegation Office at 407-836-7395 or send an email to Mark Jeffries at mark.jeffries@ocfl.net in order to reserve a place on the agenda.  The deadline for agenda reservations is 5:00pm on Thursday, December 4th.

Presenters who have materials that they would like to distribute to the delegation members should provide 18 copies of the handout on 8.5"x11" paper format.  These materials must be delivered to the Delegation office located at 201 South Rosalind, 5th floor, Orlando no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, December 4th.

This is the only delegation meeting scheduled before the 2009 General Legislative Session.
