Provides assistance to families enduring long-term hardships, usually as the result of health and disability issues. Services are focused on assisting families to become self-sufficient through a return to work or obtaining social security disability benefits.

  • Budget counseling and financial assistance
  • Linking clients with other community services
  • Representing clients in an effort to obtain needed services and benefits
Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be an Orange County resident
  • Proof of employment within the last 90 days
  • Applicant will need assistance with over all needs for two months or longer
