- Monitoring all Orange County contracts for compliance with the M/WBE Ordinance #94-02, 98-25, and 02-01.
- Providing a monthly training workshop on how to do business with Orange County, and M/WBE certification opportunities.
- Partnering with and providing complete up-to-date information on all contracting opportunities with Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Lynx, Orange County Public Schools, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and Valencia Community College.
- Providing one-on-one consultation with small, minority and women business owners to help them enhance their business needs.
- Developing networking forums and other entities.
- Providing technical assistance, marketing and outreach opportunities.
- Providing a M/WBE directory of all Certified Minority and Women Business Owners.
