The Neighborhood Resource Guide is a resource manual for residents and neighborhoods. Compiled by the Orange County Neighborhood Services Division, the neighborhood resource guide is a how-to manual for starting community organizations.

The Resource Guide provides contact information for organization experts in the field of community organizing, as well as County agencies, such as Code Enforcement, Traffic Engineering, Sheriff's Office and others.
