Global Finance Committee - This committee is responsible for identifying and quantifying current sources of public and private homeless services funding. It will identify new sources of funding that can be used to further the goals of the Ten2End plan.

Housing Committee - This committee is responsible for identifying annual priorities and recommending initiatives, to the full Commission, needed to implement the housing recommendations made in the Ten2End plan.  Included will be emergency housing and sheltering, transitional housing, affordable permanent housing, permanent supportive housing, and the creation of a housing trust.

Healthcare Committee - This committee is responsible for identifying annual priorities and recommending initiatives, based on the Ten2End plan, to the full Commission, needed to provide the proper health assessment of the homeless, their access to all types of health services – physical, mental health and substance abuse – the expanded and unified availability of such services, and the regional financial impact.

Prevention Committee - This committee is responsible for identifying annual priorities and recommending initiatives – based on the Ten2End plan – to the full Commission, surrounding prevention and self-sufficiency (not included within other subcommittees) and its regional financial impact. Included will be issues related to education, employment, job training, job placement, benefits assistance coordination, professional training and community education, community court expansion, legal issues and family-focused programs for the growing number of homeless families.

Supportive Services Committee - This committee is responsible for identifying annual priorities and recommending initiatives – based on the Ten2End plan – to the full Commission, recommending measures needed to integrate supportive services and resources, create new ones, and the regional financial impact. Included will be issues surrounding outreach, ease of information retrieval, homeless individuals access to resources, economic impacts and potential funding sources, and leveraging/maximizing existing community resources.
