The Central Florida Commission on Homelessness was created in February 2008 to enact initiatives proposed in Ten2End, a 10-year plan to end homelessness in the region. The 21-member commission is composed of political and business leaders from the City of Orlando, and Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
