The Health & Family Services Department is dedicated to serving the needs of Orange County children and teens by offering programs designed to encourage healthy and positive development. A variety of educational, recreational and cultural activities are offered, as well as, programs that address the needs of at-risk youth and their families.

The ReNEW program supports and assists citizens and organizations in improving the physical and social qualities of neighborhoods. Grants are open to all neighborhood organizations, homeowners associations, churches, councils and non-profit organizations in unincorporated areas of Orange County.
